Hi folks,
I'm seeing a similar problem on a chroot that doesn't have bzip2,
combined with a mirror that only offers the bzip2 version (with and
without .bz2 extension).
I can reproduce this on my regular system by adding this sources.list

Dear maintainer,
I've prepared an NMU for morituri (versioned as 0.1.2-1.1) and
uploaded it to DELAYED/2. Please feel free to tell me if I
should delay it longer.
Regards.

Great to see xine-lib 1.2. finally becoming available.
I'm going to upload a new xineliboutput with the latest VDR version
somewhere over the weekend.

Thanks a lot for your contributions.

Regarding the test suite, the following tests failed, but that was

* tests with error injection (dlopen in a LD_PRELOAD library)

Good patch, don't think mine is needed to be added (the same changes
are already made). Don't have access to non-i386/amd64 machines, but
0011-fix_FTBFS_with_libmv.patch looks fine and if it's indeed resolves
build issues i would be happy to commit it to blender's trunk.
