#733607 (Python 3 version of gramps), and
#733610 (Webapp version of gramps) have been raised.
That just leaves a Python 2 only version to be prepared for Gramps 4.0.2. I
have started this, but I cannot complete the final testing on my wife's laptop.
There are two final things to sort out:

- no more hogging the CPU
- strace shows that for e.g. "sudo sleep 300", the sudo process blocks in
