deb-reversion is great to adjust the debian version but it has a small and
annoying side effect: given it changes the content of changelog.Debian.gz, using
debsums will result in an error being generated as changelog.Debian.gz has

I just checked the package and it looks correct on my side. Do you still
have the apt.log related to the php7.0-xml installation?
