For the record: I have moved away ~/.kde and the problem disappeared. I
guess some old state in there caused the problem. Obviously KDE5 does

its content was merged together with kdevelop-php, which now builds
everything, and provides transitional packages for the older binaries
of src:kdevelop-php-docs.
