Bug#885293: gnumeric-plugins-extra: Depends on unmaintained pygtk

The dependency on python-gtk2 is wrong since gnumeric is a gtk3 app. Maybe you need to depend on python3-gi, gir1.2-gtk-3.0 and maybe libgtk3-perl I haven't looked very closely. Thanks, Jeremy Bicha
