Package: iptraf

I'm using Debian sid and installed the `iptraf` package years ago. In
some moment of this installation (when the network interfaces changed
the names probably, example: from "wlan0" to "wlp5s0b1") it stopped
working (now it only lists the "lo" interface). There is a packaged
named "iptraf-ng" (which is installed if you install iptraf now becase
iptraf is provided by iptraf-ng), the problem is that iptraf-ng was
not installed on my system (I run `aptitude uptade; aptitude
full-upgrade` often), so I think there is a bug into the package: it
should depends on iptraf-ng, so all the users will have the updated
version (iptraf-ng), which works.
