gpgsm fails to invoke gpg-protect-tool because it looks in wrong place.
For instance if I want to import secret key:
$ gpgsm --call-protect-tool --p12-import --store certkey.p12
gpgsm: error executing `/usr/lib//gpg-protect-tool': No such file or d
--infodir=/usr/share/info/
touch config-stamp
I assume it was a simple typo or oversight but if there was a reason for
having libexecdir point to /usr/lib then it is another story.
