The fontset needs ttf-arphic-uming package, and this package has been in

Where did you get stardict-english-czech_20060927-1? I cannot find it in
sid.
I am not sure what format does stardict-english-czech_20060927-1 use?
Maybe the version of stardict in sarge is too old and doesn't support
that format.

The fix_intltool.dpatch works fine, and already included in upstream.
Now this bug is pending for libchewing3 pass the NEW queue.
