I think I've found the culprit.
When installing network-manager, it pulled network-manager-gnome which
in turn pulled in libgnome-bluetooth7.
While we are installing gnome-bluetooth 3.0.0 which depends on
libgnome-bluetooth8
Unfortunately I cant purge/remove libgnome-bluetooth7
