I could not reproduce it here, using the same version of Paje, but
newer versions
of GNUstep libraries (base 0.18, gui+back 0.16).
The only place I found the "invalid type" string in the source of Paje+gnustep
is in gnustep's "art" backend. Can you try with a newer version of art
or with another

By looking at the attached screenshot, it seems that it is a problem with the
locale setting (all times are 0 or 1, the are nothing in between). Can you
please see if the following line exist?
