The Odroid HC1 ARM board contains a JMicron JMS578 USB 3.0 to SATA
Bridge and a Realtek Gbps Ethernet device connected to an USB 3.0 host.
The SATA bridge works correctly at USB 3.0 speed, but the Ethernet
controller operates only at USB 2.0 speed. I tracked this behaviour down
to the
heDirectory=salt/master
RuntimeDirectory=salt
StateDirectory=salt/pki/master
Which means that systemd should take care to correctly set the
permission in /var/cache/salt/master, /run/salt, and
/var/lib/salt/pki/master.
This might be a systemd bug. Further troubleshooting is needed...

The Odroid HC1 ARM board contains a JMicron JMS578 USB 3.0 to SATA
Bridge and a Realtek Gbps Ethernet device connected to an USB 3.0 host.
The SATA bridge works correctly at USB 3.0 speed, but the Ethernet
controller
it on Hardkernel's Odroid HC1.

so the HC1 DTB is also used for the Odroid HC2. So this flash-kernel
configuration should also support the Odroid HC2.

The difference between the upstream package and the package in Debian
is that Debian's package uses Python 3 instead of Python 2. Sadly,
tornado 5 is still not supported in salt 2018.3.1 if Python 3 is used.
