I did a new try by overwriting a file created with a dummy edit (with
vim by example). It seems that the program does not crash.

In fact, the problem is an instable version of yaird.
I've copied files from
/usr/share/kernel-package/examples/etc/kernel/postinst.d/initramfs to
/etc/kernel/postinst.d/initramfs
and
/initrd.img-$version ]; then
rm -f $boot/initrd.img-$version || true
fi
