Hi folks,
I tried to use `bzr upgrade` to upgrade my branch from whatever format
bzr-svn uses to the latest. In this case, I believe it should convert
it to 'rich-root-pack'
However, this didn't work and an error was reported:

Hmm. Deleting the renegade .master.tar.gz seems to have fixed the problem. So
it seems that the file prevents proper uploading, but doesn't get
caught when deleting old archives.
Hope this helps.

First, the configuration routine finishes half way through on
re-installation. It asks me a few questions, but finishes after asking
me what directories I want backed up. It didn't give me a chance
easily fixed without including a lot of ugly
conditionals revolving around (emacs-version).
I now understand why this 21--22 transition is taking so long--the
people doing the work on this deserve a medal!
