Debian does not ship /usr/local/bin/bundle. I suspect that you
somehow installed bundler from RubyGems.

anymore. For an example, see bug #734594: Cedric's name keeps the

Do note that the tests point to real problems - hpricot indeed
returns wrong results for those queries.
Maybe it's better to stop building on those architectures.
