S385script-a and S386script-b.
The problem is that these scripts (and only these) are runned twice.
I've solved the problem by renaming them as S38script-a and S39scr

In my view, loopback is vital to the Linux environment.
Thus /etc/init.d/networking sould try other means to bring it up:
