Hi maks et al,

RFC 2131, Section 4.3.2 states:

  Clients send DHCPREQUEST messages as follows:

     o DHCPREQUEST generated during SELECTING state:

        Client inserts the address of the selected server in 'server
        identifier', 'ciaddr' MUST be zero, 'requested IP address' MUST be
        filled in with the yiaddr value from the chosen DHCPOFFER.

The current behavior of ipconfig in klibc is to set ciaddr to the same value as 
the requested IP address.

This causes Debian build problems with our current combination of DHCP servers, 
relays, and firewalls.

I believe this should have a simple fix similar to bug #432977.
