Package: libmapnik-dev Version: 3.0.11+ds-1 libmapnik-dev prevents installing packages having a dependency on libcurl4-openssl-dev. I guess it should depend on libcurl-ssl-dev instead of libcurl4-gnutls-dev. Similar bugs (for other packages): #722701 and #741018. -- Cyril B.
