Upon closer inspection, this may be related to the fact that opensmtpd is installed in the system and has replaced and maybe displaced the newaliases command: root@web:~# ls -lht /usr/sbin/newaliases lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 7 mars 7 15:33 /usr/sbin/newaliases -> smtpctl
