Bug#306664: screem: grabs removable media without even having loaded files off it

this bug goes a bit deeper than screem, as is infact a problem with fam. preventing the unmount if an app is monitoring the mount point directory, which screem will be doing. a new upstream release of screem 0.12.2 has been made which should work around this problem by displaying ~/ rather than /
