I've not tested the package correctly, I could not find any include
soap in the code (outside soap directory) and I'd just remove that
directory.
It's my mistake, I'll modify soap/server.php and soap/php_client.php
instead (files using nusoap.php), in order to use the packaged
nusoap.php file.

Ohh, this bug report is too old. I submitted it with evolution 1.4. I
have no errors (about spanish language) with evolution 2.0+.
I'm so sorry for not being watching this bug, you can close it.

But I can get my battery status again running this:
# rmmod battery
# /etc/init.d/acipd restart
