Same problem in my eeepc 1000he both with version 1.98+20100527-2-0 and
with 1.98+20100602-1.
For safety, I have not rebooted my pc, but I've just downgraded the
package to version 1.98-1.
This bug affects a lot of Sid users.

Same problem in my pc (Debian Sid i386), but with gdm 2.20.10-3.
The only important difference is that, if I try to start compiz in any
other different way from the "compiz - replace", the system does not
load ANY window manager.
