If I understand correctly it is fixed in 5.1.20-2
Meanwhile what I did was:
vboxmanage extpack install --replace /usr/share/virtualbox-ext-pack/Oracle*
mv /var/lib/dpkg/info/virtualbox-ext-pack.

And thanks for fixing it
Package: virtualbox-ext-pack
Version: 5.1.20-1
Severity: grave
When trying to upgrade the package, the license if displayed, then
nothing, no way to accept or refuse it.
Must kill several processes and end up with a non working package.

No error message (even with -D)

It is worse than that :

all of them : I cannot log in.
PS: this is more a bug of the default sddm them (sddm-theme-breeze),
but I cannot find a way t change it when ssh

I found mountpoint in util-linux :
dpkg-query -W util-linux
util-linux 2.26.2-9
So it seems it moved from one package to another at some time.

So what can we do now :
duply 1.9 gives warning of deprecation with recent duplicity.
duply 1.11 is unusable (because writing in clear text a gpg password
is not somethnig I would accept).

Doc recommends using sslproto ssl3 (in the man page or in the
