After some investigation the hibernation failures are connected to a
wi-fi module "r8712u ", totally a coincidence with the above package
updates,bug is invalid and can be closed.

it breaks the fact, that the system cannot shutdown after updating the
opejdk packages in hibernation, regular suspend works fine though

Bug happens because i plugged the mobile phon in a usb3 port switching
it over to a usb2 port completely resolved the issue.
