kdeconnect cannot be used to browse a smartphone's filesystem from the dolphin
browser.
The upstream maintainer of kio has issued an updated release (5.74.1) to fix

I confirm that this bug exists after upgrading systemd. Systemd-resolved
*sometimes* does not downgrade and SERVERFAILS on all domains that do not
have a signature dns record.
The error with resolvectl query is
$ resolvectl query example.domain
example.domain: resolve call failed: DNSSEC validatio
Messed with the bug report, because the affected machine has no
connectivity and issued it from my workstation.
But the bug exists.
