The stable release of cupsys, 1.2.7-4etch1, specific ONLY to amd64
processors, will not allow printing from a commercial application
(COMSOL 3.4) that uses java 1.5.0-04. I have developed a

We have been using the batch command in a production environment for
years. We discovered today that the batch command, which is simply a
script that calls the at command with arguments, had been changed in a
way that renders it useless.

Indeed, this bug was not due to an AMANDA problem. The problem was
corrected by an updated kernel which included a patched scsi driver for
the aic7xxx driver. This corrected the problem. I am now able to
perform AMANDA backups routinely on my AMD64 system in 64-bit mode.

Any idea when this bug fix (patch) will roll into Sid ? It has been 88
days now since I submitted the bug and patch fix, but it is still not
there. Do we have to wait for Sarge ?
Just getting a little frustrated at holding the packages, but the patch
is still working fine for me at using the
