Too low screen refresh rate lead to not smooth movement in HD videos at 60 fps
Then glxgears shows that refresh rate is 40 Hz instead of 60 Hz

Movement in HD videos appeared not smooth any more after a kernel update from
4.13 to 4.15.
Then I checked with glgears and xrandr. Video vertical refresh rate is stuck at
40 Hz des
Indeed, I was not listening to what aptitude told me to do. I had renegade
dependency from the old evolution-3.4.4 (libreoffice-evolution and
libebook) which I had to uninstall first. After removing them manually,
aptitude was able to install evolution-3.8.5.

365. I have sucessfully managed to get it working on Fedora 18 so I thought
I would give it a go on my Debian b
Running Wheezy and the bug is fixed for me after update as of 05/12/12.
