Do not set this to another value but 3.
This Microchip PHY chip is also getting significantly hotter than the
old Realtek RTL8201CP PHY.

Wanted goal is having "upstream" and "debian" in 1 gbp repository.
The "debian" and "upstream" are available in 2 separate git repos.
With help of `gbp import-dscs --debsnap` is build how
the "tree" generated by `gitk` should like.

Yields a git repository which has a debian directory. \o/
Yes, it was nice that subversion conventions of 'trunk' 'tags' where used.
It did keep the svn2git parameters simple.
