Package: vsftpd
Version: 2.0.5-2
Severity: normal
Hi,
I found something weird with the wildcard expansion of vsftpd. For
example I have this file in my ftproot. This is what 'ls' in a bash
shell does:
# ls -lsa
0 -rw-r--r-- 1 root root0 Jun 15 08:26 testfile.Zyada.Z
# ls -l *.Z
-rw-r--r--
Hi,
Sorry this reply took so long, I was expecting an email from the bug
system if someone replied, but either I missed that or it doesn't work
like that :/
Yes, this is much better! Thanks!
Btw, I think a build-depends on g++ is missing, as it won't compile
without that.

Package: tesseract-ocr
Version: 1.02-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable
Hi,
I wanted to test tesseract, but couldn't get it to work as it seems a
whole directory with executables and configs is missing.
from /usr/share/doc/tesseract-ocr/README:

Hi,
Just stumbled across the same thing, but it's easy to fix and not
actually a bug I think.
Just add (a symlink to) authz_host.load to mods-enabled et voila :)
I needed to add a few more mod's like this to get my config working
again.

. Maybe that was intentional, but then it would be nice if the
corresponding module is removed from the Makefile.
Hope this helps,

Package: sasl2-bin
Version: sid
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable
I just tried to install the sasl2-bin package on my up to date sid
machine and couldn't because of dependency problems.
Sasl2-bin depends on libkrb5-17-heimdal and libroken16-kerberos4kth, but
setups don't see this because you use
mysql and ldap for backends.
