I think I've found the problem - autoreconf was run _before_ patches
were applied. I've fixed this by changing line in debian/rules files
from:
makebuilddir/valkyrie::
to
post-patches::
Now autoreconf is being run properly. But the question is how do I
check it? - On my Lenny system the issue does

I've tested 0.11-1 current Lenny. Same problem:
sudo aptitude install python-all-dev python-pkg-resources
is not enough. Need also sudo aptitude install python-setuptools to be
able to build trac.
