I do not really understand the problem (yet) here are some
questions:
- NFS server is Linux-VServer patched? (yes, no)

advice to scratch them and update util-vserver, and then
forget about it, because everything works as expected.
If you care about that, just hang around on the channel
and whenever a debian person with problems drops by, you
get first hand information ...
