Sry i can't, i think the issue can be close.
My best option is an upgrade/update i did broke the execution because
one or several services were not restart.

I currently get the same error. (also without systemd)
Currently the post update conf fails on the post install script.
That bug is currently blocking from using munin on not systemd systems.

I think it can be great to have http://postgrest.org/en/v7.0.0/ in debian.
It supports openApi and postgresql in order to provide a direct Rest
api for postgresql databases.

In organisation it make sense to use ldap.
