Argh, yes, mercurial-git 0.8.1 doesn't work with hg 3.5. When I
uploaded mercurial-git 0.8.1-2, I thought the breaks in mercurial
would still be valid (but I didn't check it, and I should have).

given that I've already broken it, I may backport the fix and release

What command do you use to build it? 2.8-1 and 2.8-2 build fine on my
machine and on the buildds, the only current failure are a couple of

That's an extension in your home directory throwing an exception, so
definitely not a mercurial bug. To the best of my knowledge we don't
have a javahg package in Debian to redirect this bug to. I'm tempted
to close this bug as "not a bug", can you elaborate a bit on why you
think this is a bug in mercurial?

You can find more info on how to fix the FTBFS in armel in #697406.
Peter says that building python-greenlet from TPU with the version of
platform/switch_arm32_gcc.h from 0.4.0 solves the issue in armel.

/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libslang.so (in an i386 machine) but configure
is not looking for it in there because it's not multiarch aware.
