I found the time to investigate a little more:
Can't use digikam anymore because it crashes each time I try to start
it:
- Start digikam (from the console or from the KDE menu)
- Digikam appears, starts

I have found the solution for this Bug. The Problem ist that the default
config path setting for Kgpg in ~/.kde/share/config/kgpgrc is out of date.
