Experiencing the same issue on macmini G4 ppc with a Radeon 9200 card. Mplayer works fine, VLC does not. Noticed further issues with Xserver:1) When running Xorg -configure, X crashes with the following message: (excerpt)List of video drivers: radeon mach64 r128 a
