glabels 2.1.3 is a very old (over 3 years old) "development" release and was only intended to test and preview ideas for the 2.2.x "stable" branch. The current "stable" version is 2.2.5 and has a completely redesigned "new label" dialog from these early 2.1.x development versions. -Jim W. M
