Package: flashplugin-nonfree Version: 9.0.21.78.3
When issuing the command: #apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree it does not show that an error occurs, which is downloading the flashplayer 9 from Adobe. This can be clearly seen when issuing the command: dpkg-reconfigure flashplugin-nonfree. The dpkg-reconfigure program tries to download the flashplayer 9 from Adobe, but fails. This all fits with the description of the flashplugin-nonfree package, which states: WARNING: Installing this Debian package causes the Adobe flash plugin to be downloaded from www.adobe.com. The distribution license of the Adobe flash plugin is available at www.adobe.com. Installing this Debian package implies that you have accepted the terms of that license. Fix: just redo the download link to grab flashplayer 9 from a live link. Btw you guys rock - keep up the good work debianlover ____________________________________________________________________________________ Get your own web address. Have a HUGE year through Yahoo!
