The supported satellites are determined by the configuration data that
is included with each certificate (.tq6) file.
You can update the data by downloading and installing (via tqslcert) the
config.tq6 file from:
https://p1k.arrl.org/lotw/config.tq6
Packagers may want to update the config.xml file in the distribution
with the one created in the $HOME/.tqsl directory when the latest
config.tq6 file is installed. (The config.xml file is not modified locally.)
