If a take the command
chown root
/var/lib/spamassassin/compiled/5.020/3.004000/auto/Mail/SpamAssassin/CompiledRegexps/body_500
/var/lib/spamassassin/compiled/5.020/3.004000/auto/Mail/SpamAssassin/CompiledRegexps/body_0
then no more message in kern.log after service restart

It's not a GRSEC problem.
We have the same issue with the non-grsec kernel (4.7.0-0.bpo.1-amd64 )
I check on HP forum and find this topic

I try this workaround and it's OK.
