Main problem is that global/gtags segfaults during parsing of
drupal7/modules/system/system.api.php due to a large block comment for function
hook_menu().

Suggested solution: I haven't tried this, but the upstream report suggest the
following change in libparser/php.c:

- #define YY_BUF_SIZE 16384
+ #define YY_BUF_SIZE 65536

or upgrade it to the latest version upstream, 6.3.
