Hi,
I'd love to be able to run Debian on my OLPC XO-1.75 laptop. However,
the multiplaform kernel doesn't enable the architecture, nor some of
the drivers. I'm wondering if they could be enabled once the kernel
package is upgraded to 5.0 or newer (those versions are known to work

This doesn't seem to build with current libnm and glib, perhaps because
"signals" is a reserved word in MOC?

The upstream merge request is here:
https://code.launchpad.net/~lkundrak/qreator/libnm/+merge/335383
Note that the branch also includes a build fix. Judging by the number
of the deprecation warnings and bitrotten functionality it seems that
the package is not really well maintained upstream.
Hi,
Note that the NetworkManager check seems broken too: the
-DNM_BACKEND_ENABLED is never actually enabled because "NM_0_7" is
never set.
Enabling the NetworkManager backend reveals there's actually a syntax
error (MOC stuff copy & pasted into C++?) in the NetworkManager
support.
This is what
Patch for available here:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=791795
The package saw the last release in 2011 and seems completely
abandoned/unmaintained upstream since 2013.
Hi,
I would suggest just dropping the dependency. The fallback that's in
place is okay and a newer upstream version of ypbind-mt just drops the
use of NetworkManager altogether.
Lubo
The upstream now switched to libnm in their Git master.

It is inconvenient regression for me. I can't remove this dependency

Hi Marco,
Even if it's supposed to support abstract AF_UNIX sockets,
Socket::pack_sockaddr_un pads the structure with NULs, which makes the
address different.
This probably describes the same issue as

The fix was queued into Bleadperl,
Hi Wouter,
Unfortunately, when calling either pack_sockaddr_un or sockaddr_un
directly from within Perl, this null byte at the beginning of the string
is filtered out, thus making it impossible to create a socket in the
abstract namespace from within perl.
This is probably a duplicate of
Hi!
Fedora project fixed this, the patch is now upstream and CPAN smoke
testing looks much better now.
You may want to update to 0.165.
