Dear Maintainer,
I've seen the same warning in my systemctl status output and tried using the
suggested postfix configuration:
milter_connect_macros = j {daemon_name} v {if_name} _
milter_data_macros = j i {auth_type} {daemon_n
I've not tried that diff but instead used "pear upgrade Net::LDAP2" to
upgrade php-net-ldap2. That fixed it.

I think you misunderstood the bug report.

It makes no sense at all to request the addition of localhost to /etc/hosts.

I expected the same site to be displayed as when
calling "elinks http
not satisfying these already declared dependencies breaks the
applications, and as long as not all packages should implement their own
Required-Stop / Required-Start parsing, it seemed natural to me that
invoke-rc.d would do this.

Dear package maintainer,
please find patches to make mail notification work with gnutls
attached to the ubuntu bug report. They apply to the vanilla
mail notification 5.4 and introduce only gnutls as a new build
and runtime dependeny (no diff for control file included).
