Package: s3cmd
Version: 2.3.0-1
s3cmd has had a new upstream release since December 2024:
https://github.com/s3tools/s3cmd/releases/tag/v2.4.0
Please package it, as 2.3.0 is broken with Python 3.12. 2.4.0 includes a
fix for this issue:
https://github.com/s3tools/s3cmd/issues/1343
Package: lintian
Version: 2.5.51
Severity: minor
A British-spelled word, "Behaviour", occurs in Lintian's command line
help and man page even when the locale is explicitly set to en_US.
$ LANG=en_US.UTF-8 lintian | grep Behaviour
Behaviour options:
$ LANG=en_US.UTF-8 man 1 lintian|grep Behav
Any progress on this? Is there even a chance that openjdk-8 would enter
jessie, and if yes, what needs to be done for it?

Package: openjfx
Version: 8u20-b26-2
libopenjfx-java is listed as arch: all, but actually packages files in
/usr/lib/jvm/java-8-openjdk-amd64.
It should probably be changed to an architecture-dependent package with
a version for the i386 JVM.

Package: valknut
Version: 0.4.9-2
This package is old and unmaintained. Version 0.4.9 was released in
2009. See http://wxdcgui.sourceforge.net/
eiskaltdcpp, which is more actively maintained, is a distant fork of
valknut and would fit as a proposed replacement.

Version: 0.3.24~svn3121-2
libdc0/valknut's upstream is pretty much dead. The only user of libdc0
is valknut, for which I'm also filing a removal request and which can be
replaced by its actively maintained fork, eiskaltdcpp.
The last stable release of libdc0 was in 2009 and the la
