Went back to kernel linux-image-5.10.0-17-amd64 ver. 5.10.136-1, which
still works fine.

no, I'm using Intel driver and cards. i915 is loaded.
Problem is not solved anyway. I helped myself in disabling automatic
suspend at all and have to do it manually now.
