As the subject says on my Dell Inspiron 9400 with an IPW3945 card I can't use
network-manager because
the connection stalls at 20% until you don't terminate connections.
If I switch on the "kill switch" and then off I'm able to connec

The problem is that those functions that use /usr/bin/tput are called
after the umounting process and if you have your "/usr" filesystem on
another partion different from / "/usr/bin/tput" will be missed .
The solution is to umount read-only /usr or to move tput to /bin . (or
stop using "tput")

cleanly shutdown at reboot time.
RAID0 devices doesn't have something like "clean" or "not-clean" because they

need to be reconstructed aft
The drive seems clean at boot time (I mean, I don't see any
threatening line in the dmesg log) .

Hi, I use debian sarge and I have this configuration :
/dev/hda1 = /boot partition
/dev/md0 = Data partition
/dev/md1 = / partition
at reboot time I get these messages :
md: stopping all md devices
md: md1 still in use.
md: md0 switched
That site doesn't work for me either.
I think it's the same bug. Right-clicking and Save as works for me
too, but on some sites , where you haven't a direct link to the file,
you can't download the file at all (as on Rom-o-Matic) .

I've found out some new infos on this bug.
If I delete the configuration file :
~/.mozilla/firefox/rq2c5y0w.default/compatibility.ini
I can get the download funcion again for the next session of firefox.
When I load firefox after having deleted this file this message
appears in console :
