Hi all,
regarding fsa programs: we no longer need them for unpacking the
dictionary sources, as the morfologik-stemming library does it (if you
supply it with Apache commons-cli.jar, which is not a part of LT
distribution).

I rebuilt the dictionary in the weekend - and it contains several
thousand changes compared to 0.4.3.
