I was able to build rakudo 2010.04 without having to make any
significant changes to the packaging. rakudo 2010.05 failed to build
because parrot 2.4.0 isn't yet packaged (bug filed).

attached patch, which was necessary because NQP has been removed in
favor of NQP-RX.
