transition I am working on. the latest (0.4.1) release of helvum
does depend on the versions I will update to anywa
with GCC 13 fixable by a single-line patch; I haven't
been able to
convert it to unix LF and apply the patch. I might grab an upstream
snapshot; I'll try to reach a solution.

fwiw, I reported an issue upstream about the failing tests and uplo

download crate need to be packaged (again, through NEW).
After that rustup can be uploaded. I set the bug report back to a RFP
because I already maintain a lot and would rather have someone dedicated
to rustup maintaining it.
