Hi Simon,

I can indeed confirm that I received and installed the key from Phil yesterday, 
and that we're now set up for push mirroring.

If I could just draw your attention to http://mirror.debian.org/status.html, it 
appears that we're listed as a both a secondary mirror, and a leaf node to 
ourselves.  Is this an administrative error on either your or my part?  If it's 
not an issue then I guess we can just leave it like that.

indicate you received the key from Phil Hands.
