Hi, I'm very interested in upgrading our current slapd 2.2 installation to version 2.3, too, as I'd like to be able to use the "overlay" feature which was introduced in 2.3.
Being able to set up a 2.3 installation in parallel to an existing 2.2 one isn't one of my priorities, although I understand that that might be different for others.
