Hi, I'm observing more or less the same issue. My network-manager-gnome is also at version 1.8.2-1. When I try to connect to a hidden network, the nm-applet segfaults and is killed. The following message appears in dmesg: nm-applet[8595]: segfault at 8 ip 7f402cc967a2 sp 7fff4ea33d70
